• To deliver your order: your name, phone number and delivery address.
• If you create an account: your email address and password, stored hashed — we cannot read it.
• Automatically: basic technical information such as pages viewed, so we can keep the site fast and fix what breaks.

What we do with it

We use your details to confirm, pack, deliver and support your order, and to answer you when you contact us. We share your name, phone number and address with the courier carrying your parcel, because they cannot deliver it otherwise.

We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

Payment

Orders are cash on delivery, so we never see or store card details.

Cookies

We set a small number of cookies that the shop cannot work without: one to remember your cart between visits, and one to keep you signed in if you have an account. They are not used to track you across other websites.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for our accounts and for handling returns. If you have an account and want it deleted, ask us and we will remove it, keeping only what we are required to keep for completed orders.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Message us on WhatsApp or use the details on our Help page.

Children

This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
