Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on rockmadbd.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

An order is a request to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm it by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and we may decline an order — for example if the item has sold out between your order and our call, or the delivery address is outside our courier network.

Prices and stock shown on the site are the current ones. If a price is listed in error we will tell you before dispatch and you can cancel at no cost.

Payment

We take cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you, and nothing is charged before that.

Delivery

Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated times are working days and exclude public holidays.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

Product images and colour

We photograph garments as accurately as we can, but screens differ and fabric colour can vary slightly between production batches. A small difference in shade is not a defect.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Using this site

The photographs, text and designs on this site belong to Rockmad. You may not copy them for commercial use. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or access parts of it you have not been given access to.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Bangladeshi consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
